Can you help me identify a piece of music?

Hi.
I have got a small sample of a piece of music and i would like your help to find out who is the composer and perhaps in which album this piece belongs.

This piece of music is usually played in a Cypriot tv channel usually before the news.
So if you could help me it would be nice.

It sounds vaguely familiar, but I can't come up with a title. I hope someone else can help.

Hi Becky and thanks for trying anyway.
I hope somebody can rekognise it because i like it a lot.
It reminds me of folk irish but it could be a folk song from any country.
I really like the harp in this piece of music.
